Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe & more)
  • Card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay & more)
  • Netbanking (All Indian Banks)
  • Wallet (Jio Money, Ola Money & more)
  • Pay Later (ICICI Bank)
  • COD (cash on delivery)

My payment is debited but the order was not placed. What should I do?

This issue may arise due to technical or connectivity problems but rest assured, your payment is safe with us. The first step is to check for an order confirmation email in your inbox- Make sure you check the spam and promotion folders as well, as emails from us may get hidden in there at times.

If you are unable to find an order confirmation email from us, please drop a message at our Whatsapp Business number +91 93195 65940 (Monday-Friday, 10.00 am-6.00 pm) and we'll resolve the issue.

Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address immediately after you place an order. Check for an order confirmation email in your inbox- Make sure you check the spam and promotion folders as well, as emails from us may get hidden in there at times.

If you are unable to find an order confirmation email from us, please drop a message at our Whatsapp Business number +91 93195 65940 (Monday-Friday, 10.00 am-6.00 pm) and we'll resolve the issue.

Why has my order been canceled?

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel your order (or some items in your order) if there is an issue with stock or logistics. A refund will be initiated immediately at the time of cancellation- The refund may need 1-72 hours to process and reflect into your bank account.

Can I cancel my order?

No, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and paid for.

If you feel you have made an error while providing the order details and would like to make changes in the shipping address, phone number or email id, please drop a message at our Whatsapp Business number +91 93195 65940 (Monday-Friday, 10.00 am-6.00 pm) and we'll make the changes for you.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days from when you placed them (Our working days are Monday-Friday). Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from us stating that your order is on the way. Please keep an eye on the spam and promotions folder of your inbox, just in case our email updates are getting hidden away in there.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I track my order?

To track your order, open the order confirmation email you have received from us. Tap View My Order and you'll be directed to the order details page where you can view the shipping agent name and tracking number of your parcel.

Alternatively, you can also check the Your order is on the way email update we've sent you when your order was dispatched- The shipping agent name and tracking number of your parcel will be available in this email as well.

What are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges will be calculated at checkout as per your cart value-

  • For orders up to ₹500, a shipping cost of flat ₹69 is charged.
  • For orders between ₹501 & ₹750, a shipping cost of flat ₹99 is charged.
  • For orders between ₹751 & ₹1000, a shipping cost of flat ₹149 is charged.
  • For orders between ₹1001 & ₹2000, a shipping cost of flat ₹199 is charged.
  • For orders above ₹2001, a shipping cost of flat ₹269 is charged.

A flat fee of ₹50 will be charged for orders placed via the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.

Do you ship to my location?

We ship orders across India using a combination of Government courier services (India Post) and private shipping services (Delhivery, FedEx, XpressBees etc.), so whether you're in a metro city or a small town, our orders will reach you! Currently, we do not ship to locations outside India.
